    Josh Caplan is the Partner Director of Product for Microsoft OneLake in Fabric. His team focuses of defining and delivering a single SaaS data lake as a service for the entire organization. Prior to his role at OneLake, Josh played a pivotal role in shaping Power BI, leading the development of developer experiences, Power BI Premium, SQL Server Analysis Services, and Azure Analysis Services. Josh also spent several years on the Bing team, where he leveraged his expertise in business intelligence to drive insights from Bing's massive data.

    Matt is a Partner Engineer at Snowflake specializing in integrating the Snowflake platform with Microsoft for AI use cases. He has 11 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning roles both in consulting and with industry organizations. Matt has worked for companies such as Deloitte and Slalom as a Data Science Consultant and as an AI Architect and Engineer with Microsoft and Snowflake. Matt has experience developing and deploying AI and ML models across many different organizations in areas such as marketing, sales, operations, clinical and finance as well as advising in consultative roles.
